Our principals, Randy Goodman and David Godfrey, have over sixty combined years of experience in the Southern Ontario home-building industry. RANDY GOODMAN
Randy knows about hard work.
He began his career in GTA homebuilding industry in 1981 by successfully supervising a 78-unit townhouse project, and spent the next fifteen years building hundreds of homes—and building his own solid reputation for getting things done. In 1996, Randy turned to the luxury custom homes market in prestigious North Toronto neighbourhoods like Forest Hill and Lawrence Park, including a stunning 13,000 square foot home in Toronto’s exclusive post Road neighbourhood. He’s built custom luxury homes with values ranging from two to ten million dollars, and has moved into the high-end luxury town home market. Now, Randy is delivering his over 40 years of experience to your project, ensuring that all of New Urban's clients will enjoy that same quality that luxury homeowners demand.
DAVID GODFREY
David is no stranger to construction sites.
He comes from a homebuilding family, and the Godfrey name rings out in the GTA as being synonymous with high-quality home development. David began his own career with Yorkwood Homes in 2007, working his way up from being an assistant supervisor to project manager, where he oversaw the construction of Yorkwood’s subdivisions in Markham. David completed hundreds of homes in a variety of neighbourhoods with Yorkwood, and transitioned to custom homes in 2015.
Now, David has joined New Urban, and is bringing his lifelong passion for homebuilding and knowledge of the industry to your custom home or luxury renovation.
